Selected Experience

Selected Experience & Transaction Structures

The material below separates current pipeline evaluation activity, the historical experience of the Principal, current administrative and development engagements, and purely illustrative structures prepared for educational purposes. Nothing on this page is an offering, a solicitation, a recommendation or a representation that any transaction has been financed, funded or completed.

Scope

What this page is, and what it is not

Across every item on this page, MTG's role is limited to transaction-architecture coordination, administrative workstream coordination, identification and coordination of independent providers, project-information organization, and timeline and deliverable management. MTG does not issue, sell or place securities, provide investment advice, determine investor suitability, perform KYC or AML, act as paying agent, registrar, trustee or custodian, or guarantee acceptance, settlement or funding.

Property addresses, family and ownership information, capital requirements, counterparty identities, pricing and transaction documentation are withheld. Additional detail is provided only where the relevant parties have authorized disclosure and the underlying facts can be documented. No completed-transaction category is published: individual completed transactions and MTG's documented role in them remain subject to verification and authorization.

MTG's only location is Miami, Florida, United States. Other jurisdictions referenced describe counsel, assets, entities or coordinated workstreams, not MTG offices. Independent providers and counterparties are not offices or agents of MTG, and no third party is described as an MTG partner without written authorization.

SELECTED CURRENT PIPELINE

Active Across Markets. Moving Opportunities Forward.

MTG is actively evaluating a diversified pipeline of real estate, operating-company and strategic transaction opportunities across the United States, the Caribbean and Europe.

Current activity includes project analysis, transaction structuring, capital-stack evaluation, sponsor coordination and the assembly of specialized execution teams. Opportunities are reviewed against their underlying economics, execution requirements, downside exposure and capacity to move toward a financeable transaction.

Current real estate activity includes opportunities in Orlando, Miami Gardens, Normandy Isle, Park View Island, the Venetian Islands and the Ponce de Leon corridor in Coral Gables.

02 — Caribbean & Europe

International real estate activity includes opportunities in Saint Barthélemy, Roatán and Marbella, spanning luxury residential, hospitality, development and strategic real estate situations.
