01 — The Firm

One Coordinated Execution Architecture

Meridian Transaction Group transforms complex opportunities into financeable, institutionally executable transactions. Retained by sponsors, developers, landowners, business owners, issuers and family offices, MTG evaluates the asset, sponsor, financial model, sources and uses, collateral, guarantees, repayment capacity and downside scenarios. We design the capital stack, prepare the data room and coordinate execution through closing across U.S. and European real estate, operating-company and asset-backed mandates.

Our independence is structural: we carry no product we are required to sell. Each structure follows the analysis and may combine senior or construction debt, bridge financing, private credit, mezzanine debt, preferred or joint-venture equity, structured credit, refinancing or recapitalization. MTG identifies appropriate providers and coordinates diligence, proposals, negotiations, commitments and closing.

One mandate. One execution roadmap. One team holding every workstream together.

MTG serves as the sponsor's central execution coordinator. Regulated and professional functions are performed independently by the qualified providers appointed to the transaction.
